Pilot privacy information

Account details, bookings and tickets are visible to their owners and the authorised roles needed to deliver each service. Volunteer documents are private. Imam questions are restricted to authorised Imam staff and, for signed-in submissions, their sender. Questions and response logs are retained for 90 days. Contact and employer enquiries are visible only to the relevant authorised staff team. Payment details are handled by Stripe or PayPal; IEACA does not collect card numbers.

The organisation must approve its full privacy policy, retention schedule and privacy contact before a public launch. For access, correction or account-deletion requests, use the approved contact details. Native store distribution remains disabled until account-deletion and privacy requirements are confirmed.
